Tina's take:

Well, I just really wasn't expecting this. When you find a guy like Taylor, you better just message him at 6:30 in the morning on Instagram to ask him on a date because who knows if you'll get another shot.

In all honesty though, Tay had my heart in his hands from the second he ordered me Indian food and let me fall asleep in his jumbo bean bag chair like a puppy while we watched Princess Bride. His personality is like staring into the sun (without the retina damage) and he has made me into a better Tina without ever wanting to change me.

He is the kindest person I know and helps me to see all of the good things happening around us in the present... and even to see beauty in the bad things sometimes. Life is nothing without laughter and I never thought I would laugh like he makes me. Plus, HE COOKS?! For real, he makes STROMBOLI.

Meeting and having the opportunity to love Taylor was a prayer answered. I cannot wait to marry this man.

Taylor's take:

When you see a bubbly and confident gal like Tina is interested in you at 0630 in the morning after some PT and talks about your nerd energy and wanting to do coffee, sushi, and Pokemon, don’t hesitate! That’s commitment and that’s been our story ever since.

I am so fortunate to have found such a kind and generous woman. A woman who I can proudly say is my equal in every way possible. Tina puts passion into everything she does, and always thinks about how to help those around her.

She is an unyielding force of good will and will always take time to care for those in need, even if sometimes they didn’t directly ask, but she definitely knew they needed help (just know if you have the flu, you’re getting soup). She is competitive in nature, and even though she will NEVER beat me in gift giving at Christmas, she always gives it her all for us. And that is what matters most….

Tina knows I’m not great with words, but she always appreciates and acknowledges all the actions that I take to show her how much I want to give her the world and more.

I am so truly blessed to have the privilege to love and marry this beautiful and amazing woman. Tina, I will always love you and make sure you always have fresh flowers to brighten your day!
